Legalise your document(s)
Make sure your English document has an apostille stamp before you send it to me for translation. If it was issued in the UK, you can get it legalised by following the steps on GOV.UK.
Email me your document(s)
Scan or take a high-quality photo of your document and its reverse side showing the apostille.
Quote & payment
I'll send you a confirmed quote. If you decide to go ahead, you can pay quickly and securely by Revolut or Wise — you only pay once you've accepted the quote.
Document translation
Translation typically takes 2–4 days. For urgent translations, let me know your deadline and I'll try to accommodate it.
Delivery
I email you your official, certified translation with my seal and signature. Printed copies can be posted on request.
Legalisation of translations: you can skip this step, because my translations are accepted in Greece without Greek Consulate legalisation.

Do I need to get my English documents legalised? If so, how?
If your document was issued in the UK or Australia, you'll need it legalised before translation. Post it to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office for legalisation (an apostille stamp), or to the Australian High Commission.
How much does the translation typically cost?
Costs start from £90 per document, depending on how many documents you have, the text volume and the complexity of the layout. The cost includes the translation of the apostille, and 1st Class Royal Mail postage if you'd like printed copies. For an exact quote, email me your documents and I'll come back with a confirmed cost.
What is the Consulate legalisation fee?
You can find the current fees for the legalisation of translations on the Greek Consulate's website.
Do I need an appointment at the Greek Consulate for the legalisation of translations?
No, you can just go during the Greek Consulate's opening hours and wait in the queue to be served.
