How it works
1
Email me your document(s)
You can scan or take a high-quality photo of your document, as well as its reverse side which shows the apostille (if it has one), and email it to me.
2
Quote & payment
I will quote you and give you bank account details where you can make an online payment for the translation cost, should you decide to proceed.
3
Document translation
Translation takes typically 3-4 days. For urgent translations, please let me know your deadline and I will try to accommodate it.
4
Postage
I will post to you a printed official and certified translation with my seal and signature. This will be accepted by any British authority, without any further legalisation.

Your questions, answered.
Q: I have a Greek marriage certificate to translate into English. Does it need an apostile before translation? +
No, British authorities do not require a Greek apostile stamp on Greek marriage certificates, or any other certificate from Greece.
Q: How much does a translation normally cost? +
The cost of translation is £90-£120 per document, depending on the text volume and the complexity of the layout. The cost includes the translation of the apostile. For an exact quote, simply email me your documents and I will come back with a confirmed cost. For Greek marriage certificates, I charge £120 for a certified translation. Certified translations of Greek marriage certificates are sent to the client by email (and not by post).
Q: I am applying for British citizenship. Are your translations into English accepted by the Home Office? +
Yes, my translations are accepted by the Home Office as part of a naturalisation application.
Q: Does your translation need to be taken to the Greek Consulate for legalisation? +
No, my translations into English don't need to be taken to the Greek Consulate for legalisation. You can submit my signed and sealed translation as it is.
Q: I have a Greek Power of Attorney that needs to be signed at the Greek Consulate in the presence of a Greek interpreter. Do you offer this service? +
Unfortunately not. I can only translate your Power of Attorney from Greek to English and post or email it to you.
